For as long as I could remember I have struggled with some form of eating disordered “behavior.” Though not turning into a full blown eating disorder until my 20’s , I can not remember a time where I didn’t view food as the enemy . After weight restoring and relapsing several times (on my own) within a 5 year span , I finally decided it was time to look into treatment options. After 4 months of intense treatment and a year out, I’ve decided I have a lot to say and I want to share my journey !
